Lori has a way of putting things the way they are - and that's basically it, in a nutshell.
I have created a website called www.militarydutystations.com because I found that military spouses couldn't find 'mom-info' on the official pages. Sometimes you could find information at various forums (like city-data.com, cafemom.com) - where folks help each other out.
Militarydutystations.com has been up and running for about 2 or 3 months now. There are still a lot of things that need to be improved but it's a start. We have already over 350 comments on military installations all over the world. When you take a look at overseas installations, please take a look at several, some people have posted information that would be applicable to all installations in that one country.
What I am really asking though is for your support! Would you please add information on YOUR current or past installations, for other spouses headed there? There is not registration, just pick your installation and start writing.
There is a give away of all comments entere until September 10th. $15 Amazon gift certificate!
