I want my Mommy! Does that count? My #1 challenge is getting used to a new base without the help of family. Babysitting, advice, support, meals, you name it, they would help if they were here. And when you're so wrapped up in getting your family organized and settled, you don't take care of your own needs. Like making friends. Before you know it, you've lived somewhere for months and it doesn't feel like home yet.

Amity, I feel you! You are absolutely right. That's one of the reasons this Association was formed...to make our military world seem a lot less intimidating and a little smaller. We're going to address this in an upcoming tele-seminar so stay tuned to the site. This is a common issue many of us face right now.
