Tiffany, Sweet, me too!!!!  I think we could really have some awesome get together's in different parts of this wonderful country of ours...on a yearly basis....I think it would be awesome!  Can't wait to see how many reply, and where a fun first place to meet would be!

Here is a thought!!  If we pick an AFB where one of our kids is stationed it would be very cheap!!!!  Charleston has 3 and 4 bedroom houses you can rent.  Rooms are only $39.00 a night.  I could call the base and see what they could offer us.  If you don't have a military ID you have to have a sponser(an Airman), but I don't know how many that would cover.  I can get the specifics if anyone thinks this could be a possibility.

Tambra, that's an interesting idea. I plan on going down to So. Carolina maybe in August for my son's 21st birthday since he will be at Shaw. It's just a thought right now though. My brother in law lives outside of Charleston and he and his wife were in the AF on that base years ago.

I am so excited that this may be a reality soon.

Yep, I have received several responses, yours included Madeline!  I am very excited about this, I think 8 responses so far, and I just put it up a few hours ago!!  Hopefully in the next week, we will get the majority of the members here, and I can then e-mail the ones I have not heard from to see if they would like to participate.  It is too early to say what the favorite place will be, but I will post the most popular and we can vote from there.  Same with dates, I will pick the most popular times and we can vote on it too.   I am sooooo geeked to meet everyone, and have fun at the same time!  I am glad everyone else is as excited as me!!  I will keep you apprised of the progress!

So far everyone is willing to go quite far....pay between 50-100 dollars for hotel....and summer seems to be the best time for everyone....will let you know more as the results come in!
