Comment by Maurethia Hollins on January 29, 2012 at 4:15am Hello,
I am a Army mother-in-law. My son-in-law and daughter are station in Ft. Hood, Texas. I don't have anyone that I can really talk to about having children in the Army Forces and not getting to see them or my grandchildren like I use to. Just need to share with other mothers that understand what I'm going through.

Comment by Melissa Shuster on June 11, 2011 at 8:22pm I am glad to have found this website! I have browsed through many sites that claim to offer support for moms, but most of them are full of link rot and sales sites.
My son was in the delayed enlistment program as a senior. He is now beginning BCT. I miss him terribly but I am also terribly proud. He is so committed to and passionate about this life that he has chosen. I hope to meet other army moms because I don't think someone can relate if they do not have a child in the army. It is great to be here and I look forward to getting to know you.
