I'll see if I can find one because that sounds really good! Have you tried looking at Allrecipes.com? They have a lot of good recipes.

One of my favorite is also my husband's as well. It may be a very simple dish but it will fill you up.
The Recipe is called Shepard's Pie
All you need is:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 to 2 cans of veggies of choice
mashed potatoes
and grated cheddar cheese.
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown the meat until all brown. Either boil the potatoes and mash with milk and butter, or use the box version of potatoes.

Put cooked hamburger in the bottom of a glass dish, add the veggies, then the mashed potatoes go on top. After all that is done sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes. Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
This meal will fill up any family member.......it is a very good meal for the fall and winter as well.
You can also use Boca Crumbles for a vegetarian meal was well.

I was just looking at the groups to see if there was already one for recipes. I'm glad thee is. I have lots of new ones I have been trying. My favorite place to fins ones to try is allrecipes.com. here's one I created for my husband (he likes it better than manwich):
1 lb ground meat of any kind
Ketchup
Salsa (pace picante or any kind you like)
Chipolte tobasco, to taste

Brown meat. Add salsa, enough to coat meat, or more if u like it saucy. Add ketchup, I eye-ball it, but roughly 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Add a few shakes of hot sauce, we add more because my husband likes spice. Spread on bread open face or make a sandwich.
