Road March Cadence Gals

Road - we all go through similar paths in life and travel long roads, physically, mentally, and emotionally
March - we all walk with pride and our heads held high for our spouses, our soldiers
Cadence - we all sing together a song of support when life hands us tough challenges, but never one we couldn't overcome
Gals - 'cause we're women and we CAN!

Hey! What a great idea for a group! Right now my husband is deployed in iraq and I just gave birth to our baby girl at then end of July. My husband will be coming home for his R&R in December and I really want to get back to the size I was before I had our baby but I find it hard to get motivated since I am really busy taking care of our baby. Hopefully this might help to get me started.

Thanks Sylvia! It'll be easier when my hubby gets home. He's a pretty good motivator. But he was a runner in high school and he's just getting back from Basic and AIT so he's in awesome shape so I'm a little nervous to go running with him. He gets back next week. I am excited about that though... ;)

Hey guys! What a great idea for a group! My husband is currently doing his AIT and has mentioned that he wants to work out with me when he gets home, which means, I've got a lot of work to do to get in shape. I did sports in high school but I graduated a while ago and it's been hard to stay active. I'm not much of a runner, I like doing other sports like tennis but I don't have anyone to play with so I've been getting into running more. Lately though, it's been really hard to stay motivated to go running and do my sit ups and push ups every day. Thanks for making this group!

Hey, just wanted to let you know just by reading the group title I didn't know what this was but after reading the information I'm down for it! And I think everyone needs motivation in something. What a great idea Sylvia!
