I am here in San Diego from the east coast too! I'm from GA, so i know how it feels to get into a place not knowing anybody! My husband is in the Navy and I got out here in May with our now 7 month old. When will you all be comin out here?

I was looking for the same thing when we moved to SD from Va last year and believe it or not I met a lot of great people at a park near our house. My husband deployed for almost 7 monthes and some of the women had husbands deployed in the same battlegroup so it was nice to have a shoulder when we needed it. We now meet up every week at the park and it is great. I don't know where you live but I live in the Murphy Canyon housing and we meet up on wendesday mornings around 10:30 at the park on Santo Road. You are more than welcome to join us.

We don't have kids so it seems hard to meet other wives that aren't 10 years younger than me. We want kids but that's another subject for another day.  We are gearing up for a deployment too. :(

I'm originally from NJ  :)  I moved to SD about 2 years ago to be with my hubby.  My hubby is deployed right now, so I'm back and forth alot from SD to LA until he returns in Dec. How do you like SD so far?!!

Hello! I am originally from San Diego, I was in the nilitary and got out when I had my son who is now 2 1/2 yrs old. My husband stayed in and hes in the Air Force. We were previouly stationed in VA at Langley AFB and came back to the West coast. Hes due on his second deployment too just like alot of you ladies :( and I want to meet other wives in my local area for support too! Hes currently  4 hrs away for training then leaves! So now im lucky to be around my family here in SD but I still dont know any other wives in my area!  :( Id love to take my son to any playdates and get to network!

Hi! I just moved to the San Diego area in July my husband is stationed at Miramar, I havent had the chance to meet new people and he gets deployed in January.. So I'm just looking to meet other wives and get to know other people.
