Newly married! Travis n I were married April 27th, 2010 at my parents home in Wasilla, AK. I was born and raised here in Alaska, with the exception of 5 years spent in northern Minnesota. I realized that home was where I needed to be and moved back to Alaska before my 19th birthday and haven't left since! My husband is in Kuwait, hopefully only until September, and I can definitely say that I CANNOT wait until he's back home again! I miss him terribly, as I imagine any wife would. My parents and siblings live in Wasilla, and I've decided to spend the summer with them while Travis is overseas. I desperately needed something or someone to be around instead of being alone while Travis was gone. I pray for him and all the other soldiers that are overseas making a difference in the world, and keeping us safe here at home.
