Need Reassurance!!!

I'm day 2 of my son being in the Air Force. I got his call last night and he was trying not to cry. I am a very strong woman usually and it takes a lot to make me upset but I am having a HARD time! I was completely fine until that call! Please help me ladies! I need support! Also, tell me anything I need to know about these next few weeks and what to expect at graduation! Also, what can I do? First Phone Call Home

Wow! OK-- Like another mom on here, I can say I am not a very emotional woman. I proudly waved my son off and had no anxiety whatsoever! Until yesterday when he called home. He was trying not to cry and I could hear lots going on in the background like others moving about drill sergeants loudly giving orders. It was the first and only time I have doubted our decision to support him. Help ladies!!! I need advise and words of wisdom from others who have been in this moment with me!See More
