The Department of Defense figures indicate that over 65% of all military spouses work but 80-91% would like to work, if only they could find appropriate employment opportunities. Of those that are employed, many are faced with quitting their place of employment when the service member is ordered to make a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). Im new at this whole Army Wife thing, struggling.

Hey everyone. I am a recently married army wife. My husband left 5 days after our wedding for Iraq. I currently live at home in NY finishing up my college degree. I am so excited! Militarydutystations.com will be presented at the AUSA (Association of the United States Army) conference this coming week in DC.
