I just got off of a conference call with a group of other people who vowed to "end the trend of obesity." Huge task, but, I'm up to the challenge to do my part. I've DECIDED, COMMITTED and I will SUCCEED in helping to get this done!

Sweatin' Helps!

I've been cruising this site all day (in between work) and absolutely love it. It's chuck full of information for military spouses and, from what I can tell, a shoulder when needed!
