Love knows no boundaries. So whether you are on the verge of proposing, or have already proposed, but would still like a shot at winning, tell us your story, and you will be in the running to win a gorgeous diamond engagement ring worth $4,500!
Operation Proposal by IcedOrchid.com is a contest that IcedOrchid.com and Operation Gratitude are jointly presenting to the brave members of the US Military. The contest runs on Facebook from 00:01 EST on December 8, 2010 to 23: 59 EST February 6, 2011. The winner will be announced on Facebook on February 14, 2011.
All you have to do in order to win a beautiful white gold, halo engagement vintage ring with milgrain finish, and 28 round brilliant cut micro-pave diamonds surrounding a 0.77 carat round, brilliant cut, center diamond, is to share your proposal story. The entry that gets the highest votes from family and friends will be declared the winner.
To participate:
a. Log on to your personal facebook page
b. Search for either IcedOrchid.com or Operation Gratitude.com
c. Open the tab Operation Proposal
d. Follow the guidelines to share your proposal story.
e. Entries can be uploaded either as photographs or essays.
f. Get your friends and family to vote for your entry.
g. The entry with the highest votes wins!
If you are on duty in Afghanistan and do not have access to Facebook, simply email your story to opgrat@gmail.com with “Operation Proposal” in the subject line and we will enter it for you. You can still request your friends and family vote for you!
